F. Antony Francis joined ATC in July 2007 as Vice President and General Manager of OEM Services for ATC Logistics & Electronics. He was promoted to President in June 2008. Prior to joining ATC Logistics & Electronics, Mr. Francis was President and Chief Operating Officer of Plan Express, Inc., a provider of construction document management, printing, and logistics solutions, from 2005. From 2001 to 2002 and again from 2003 to 2005 Mr. Francis was with Commerce Chain Consulting, during portions of which time he served as interim Chief Executive Officer of MRM Fulfillment, Inc., a third-party logistics provider, and acting Chief Operating Officer of NewRoads, Inc., a catalog and e-commerce fulfillment provider. Between 2002 and 2003, he was Vice President of worldwide customer operations for Perkin Elmer’s Life and Analytical Sciences division. From 1999 to 2001 Mr. Francis was Vice President of Global Operations of SciQuest.com, an e-commerce transaction market place for scientific products. Between 1988 and 1999, Mr. Francis held increasingly responsible positions with Federal Express Corporation, including Vice President/General Manager, Europe, Middle East and Africa for FedEx’s Logistics, Electronic Commerce and Customer Services division. Mr. Francis is a graduate of The City of London Polytechnic and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

John J. Machota joined ATC as Vice President, Human Resources in 1997. From 1996 to 1997, he was a self-employed human resources consultant. Before that he spent ten years with Waste Management, Inc. in various human resources positions including Vice President, Compensation from 1995 to 1996 and Vice President, Human Resource Services from 1993 to 1995. Mr. Machota holds an M.S. in Industrial Relations from Loyola University, Chicago.
John M. Pinkerton
In December 2009, Mr. Pinkerton was named Vice President and CFO of ATC Technology Corporation (ATC) and is responsible for all of the Company’s accounting, financial reporting, tax, treasury and strategic planning functions. Previously, Mr. Pinkerton was the Company’s Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, a position he held since December 2008. From June 2005 to December 2008, Mr. Pinkerton served as Vice President and Controller, from November 2000 to June 2005 he served as Corporate Controller, and from February 1999 to November 2000 he served as Director, Planning and Analysis.
 
Since joining ATC, Mr. Pinkerton has played a vital role in the Company’s overall financial management and strategic planning activities as it transformed itself from predominately a supplier of remanufacturing services to the service organizations of automotive industry OEMs to a growing supplier of logistics services to the consumer electronics and vehicle industries. During his 10+ years at ATC, Mr. Pinkerton has been instrumental in driving cost reductions and cash flow that dramatically reduced the Company’s debt and positioned it to leverage growth opportunities.
 
Prior to joining ATC, Mr. Pinkerton was an independent financial consultant during 1998. From 1988 to 1998, Mr. Pinkerton was with Grimes Aerospace Company, an international engineering, manufacturing and distribution company, where he held various financial analysis and planning related positions of increasing responsibility, including Director, Strategic Planning. At Grimes, he played a key role in the successful sale of the Company to Allied Signal and was a key member of the transition team.
 
Prior to Grimes, Mr. Pinkerton served Cooper Power Systems (a division of Cooper Industries) for eight year in various accounting and related positions.
 
Mr. Pinkerton holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a certified public accountant (inactive).
Mary T. Ryan joined ATC as Vice President, Communications and Investor Relations in 1999. From 1996 to 1998, Ms. Ryan served as Vice President, Corporate Affairs for American Disposal Services, Inc. From 1995 to 1996, she was a self-employed public relations consultant. Prior to that, Ms. Ryan was employed for more than ten years with Waste Management, Inc. Ms. Ryan holds an M.B.A. from DePaul University.
Joseph Salamunovich joined ATC as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in 1997. From 1986 to 1994 Mr. Salamunovich was an associate, and from 1995 to 1997 he was a partner, in the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where he specialized in corporate and securities law matters. Mr. Salamunovich holds a J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
Todd R. Peters
Mr. Peters joined ATC Technology Corporation (ATC) in March 2004.  In his current role as President and CEO, Mr. Peters is responsible for all aspects of the Company’s operations. Mr. Peters assumed the role of CEO on January 1, 2009. He is a member of the ATC Board of Directors.  Mr. Peters was previously the Company’s President and COO, positions he held since May 2008.  From May 2004 to May 2008, Mr. Peters served as the Company’s Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
 
Since joining ATC, Mr. Peters has played an integral role in developing and executing the Company’s overall business strategy.  From 2003-2007, the Company worked to diversify its revenues while growing at a 13% CAGR.  During this period, Mr. Peters led the continued focus on cash flow through asset utilization, cost reductions and diligent cash management that has enabled the Company to reduce debt and thus improve liquidity and flexibility to fund its future growth.  Mr. Peters helped drive business results that allowed the Company to complete a successful secondary offering of its common stock in March 2005 that resulted in the complete exit of the Company’s former equity sponsor, Aurora Capital Group.
 
Prior to joining ATC, Mr. Peters was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TriMas Corporation, a diversified manufacturing company.  Key accomplishments at TriMas include the successful $875 million recapitalization to fund the purchase of TriMas Corporation from Metaldyne Corporation, the successful acquisition of five businesses with a combined value of $244 million, and the development and successful execution of a comprehensive and multi-phased plan to eliminate $29 million in annual operating costs.
 
Prior to TriMas, Mr. Peters served in increasingly responsible financial and operational positions with Dana Corporation and Coopers & Lybrand. During his seven-year tenure with Dana, Mr. Peters served in a variety of roles including Vice President of Finance for Dana’s Fluid Systems Group and Director of Operations for the Long Manufacturing Division and chaired the leadership position for a global project to improve working capital that resulted in a $300 million improvement in cash flow.  Mr. Peters served numerous global automotive and manufacturing clients during his nine-year tenure with Coopers & Lybrand.
 
Mr. Peters holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
