We are searching for an Operations Supervisor - 2nd shift to add to our growing team. Responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Ensure execution of daily operations within the department
- Accountable for production, supervision and discipline of employees
- Monitor and evaluate employees based on goals and standards
- Compile production and personnel statistics into spreadsheets or databases
- Verify employee time/payroll information and authorize overtime
- Enforce policy and procedure compliance
- Coordinate with other departments withing the company
- Respond to & solve production problems
- Train employees on job specific duties
- Make suggestions and show initiative for process improvements
- Communication with customers, vendors, and employees
- Assist Department Manager with planning and budget process
- Other duties as assigned

| Requirements |
To be successful in the role of Operations Supervisor - 2ndshift, your qualifications will include:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years production experience in a fast paced, high volume production environment
- 2 years supervision of 15 or more employees required
- Shipping & receing experience a plus
- Previous production & manufacturing experience
- Process improvement experience
- Daily reporting experience
- SAP or WMS experience required
- High degree of verbal and written communication skills
- English fluency required (written & oral)
